I find that I need a few different guided meditations so that I can switch around. Otherwise I get bored of one and my mind ends up wandering too much and I don’t ever get to that deep still place. If this happens, I’m just going through the motions and the time will be wasted. So, I would recommend having a few different meditations

 

 

A five minute meditation that you may want to start off with, or use when you don’t have much time, and a new 13 minute meditation, followed by some music.
